Vacant Staging
When a property is unoccupied, it is classify as vacant. This allows us to showcase its unique features while discreetly minimizing any flaws. We will transform the space into a warm, inviting, and limitless potential, whether the property is completely empty or contains a few select pieces for staging purposes. Vacant property staging typically requires a single day for setup, positioning A. Interior Decor as a comprehensive one-stop solution for market readiness.
Occupied Staging
If a property is inhabited while staged, it is categorize occupied. In such cases, we often utilize some or all of the existing furnishings and decorative items. Part of our staging process particularly with occupied properties are decluttering and depersonalizing, this creates a neutral space. We deep clean, make minor repairs, enhancing curb appeal, etc. The goal is to help potential buyers envision themselves living comfortable in the space.
Regardless of the scope of your needs, we are equipped to handle any scenario accommodating any level of need, from modest to comprehensive.


Estate Staging
Kindness and compassion are the cornerstones of our approach. During the estate planning phrase, we work closely with clients to sort through personal records and possessions. Our comprehensive services include arranging donations, sales, and certified appraisals, as well as coordinating contractors and vendors for trash removal and necessary repairs. Upon completion of the preparatory work, we stage it to make it market ready.
By adapting our services to fit each family's needs, we deliver personalized support and structure.
Our Process

Inquiry
By completing our contact form, you will be able to tell us a little bit about yourself, your home, and your timeline, allowing us to get started.

Assessment
Once you have reached out, we will do a walk through of your property discussing the ways in which we can help. At this point, we will take the necessary photos, measurements, and note any work that may need to be done before staging can begin. Next, we will submit our proposal, which includes our flat fee for staging.

Planning & Project Management
We coordinate any vendors needed such as painters, contractors, cleaners, etc. to ensure that the space is ready for staging.

Install
Normally, an install takes a day.
We are equipped to work with building management submitting and required COI, the use of elevators, time, and any other necessary details prior to installation. At this point the magic begins; creating a market ready space.
5
De-Stage
The last step in this process once your home has sold, is removing all of our pieces and leaving the property ready for the new owners.
